Established in Pasadena, CA in 2017 by Co-Founders and friends Katie Ownbey and Misa Dugally, STRIDE was created with the goal that clients of all ages and fitness levels could use running and walking as a launchpad for their personal fitness journey.
STRIDE began franchising in 2019 to continue growing the incredible community that Katie & Misa had built in Pasadena across the country. Are you ready to hit your STRIDE?

STRIDE aims to reinvent the definition of a runner through strategically-designed coached indoor running & walking classes taken at your own pace, empowering every client to cross their own personal finish line.
